Desktop Fiber Termination in Limited Spaces
The Fiber Optic Cable Terminal Box is a desktop unit for cable entry, cable fixing, fiber fusion splicing, pigtail protection, and adapter installation. It is designed for network points that need fiber termination and port management within a limited installation area. The product uses a sheet-metal structure with a sprayed finish and is offered in standard terminal box, pigtail terminal box, universal terminal box, and thickened handle sliding-cover versions.
Multiple Port and Enclosure Options
The standard series includes several desktop sizes. A small 4-port model supports ST, SC, and FC interfaces and measures 155 × 90 × 30 mm. A larger 4-port version also supports ST, SC, and FC and measures 155 × 100 × 35 mm. The small 8-port model supports ST and SC and measures 220 × 110 × 40 mm, while another 8-port design supports ST, SC, and FC and measures 240 × 130 × 40 mm. The 12-port version uses SC interfaces and measures 260 × 133 × 40 mm.
For applications focused on pigtail splicing and organization, 4-core, 6-core, 8-core, 12-core, and 24-core pigtail terminal boxes are also available. These different combinations allow the terminal point to be selected according to port quantity, fiber count, interface type, and available installation space.
Universal and Sliding-Cover Structures
Universal desktop versions include a 4-port unit measuring 130 × 130 × 35 mm and an 8-port unit measuring 240 × 130 × 40 mm. Thickened handle sliding-cover models are available in 4-port and 8-port forms with SC, ST, and FC interfaces. The 4-port sliding-cover model measures 200 × 110 × 35 mm, while the 8-port version measures 255 × 130 × 40 mm.
The sliding structure provides another option for field installation, internal wiring, and later inspection. The Fiber Optic Cable Terminal Box can be used in offices, building weak-current rooms, FTTH terminal nodes, campus networks, security monitoring systems, and small communication equipment rooms.
Custom Production and Order Quality Control
OEM/ODM production is supported, and units can be manufactured according to customer technical drawings or prototypes. Samples can be supplied before mass production, while customized sample development normally takes about one week.
Quality control begins with incoming material inspection and continues through manufacturing inspection, self-inspection, cross-inspection, and finished-product testing. A 100% inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Standard products normally require about 15 days for production, while customized products generally require 1-2 months. Production videos can be provided periodically so buyers can coordinate installation schedules and delivery planning.
